Can't access your ChainGPT account, staking page, or KYC wallet? Start here

Updated Jun 1, 2026, 06:13 AM

Having trouble logging in, opening your staking page, or changing the wallet tied to your KYC? This guide covers the most common account-access problems and the correct, safe way to handle each one.

A safety note first: ChainGPT support will never ask you for your seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key. No one on our team needs it, and you should never share it with anyone. Anyone asking for it is trying to scam you.

I can't open my staking page

A few general checks resolve many "cannot access staking" cases. If none of them help, contact support so a human can look at your specific account.

  1. Make sure you are connecting the same wallet you originally used to KYC and stake. The staking pools at pad.chaingpt.org/staking-pools (or app.chaingpt.org/staking — same pools) are tied to that address.
  2. As a general first step, try a hard refresh, a different browser, or temporarily disabling wallet extensions that may be interfering, then reconnect your wallet.
  3. Turn off any VPN or proxy — the staking page blocks them and will show "not available in your area" even from an eligible region.
  4. Some regions are restricted from staking new tokens. If you see "not available in your area," check the staking troubleshooting guide for the full region list. Note that a region restriction only blocks new stakes — you can still unstake and claim an existing position.

If you still cannot open the staking page after the steps above, open a ticket with your wallet address and a short description of what you see.

I need to change the wallet linked to my KYC (lost or stolen wallet)

If the wallet you used for KYC was stolen or you can no longer access it:

  1. Wallet delegation (re-assigning your KYC and staking to a brand-new wallet) is not live yet. It is something the team is actively working on.
  2. If you want to keep participating in IDOs in the meantime, the current option is to edit the wallet linked to your KYC on Blockpass and acquire a tier with the new address.
  3. If a wallet was compromised, protect any remaining assets: move them to a new wallet you control and revoke token approvals at revoke.cash. ChainGPT cannot reverse blockchain transactions, so act quickly.

Because moving KYC and staked balances between wallets is sensitive, please open a support ticket so an agent can verify your identity and walk you through your specific situation.

I can't change my Solana wallet in the app

If the app keeps failing when you try to replace a Solana wallet on your account, contact support with your account details and a description (or screenshot) of the error so an agent can look into it directly.

My TapCGPT / Telegram account was blocked

If your TapCGPT (Telegram) account shows as blocked:

  1. Note exactly what message or screen you see when you open TapCGPT.
  2. Take a screenshot.
  3. Send both to support so an agent can investigate.

I forgot my password / can't log in / want to delete my account

For password resets, login problems, and account deletion requests, please contact support directly so an agent can verify your identity and handle the request securely.

Still stuck?

Open a ticket at help.chaingpt.org and include your wallet address (never your seed phrase or private key) plus a short description or screenshot of the problem. A human agent will help you from there.
