Claude can spend from a wallet it cannot drain.

In our Developer Kit for Claude Code, anything that moves funds comes back as an unsigned transaction and you sign it yourself. The agent's own wallet is capped by a policy file the model has no tool to rewrite, so it can't raise its own limit.
