Market cap is price times circulating supply, and circulating supply is whatever the team filling in the listing form counted as tradable. Leave the treasury wallet out of the count and the same token prints a friendlier number.

So divide the reported market cap by the price. That gives you the token count they chose, and you can check it against the top holders on the block explorer in about a minute.
