Galxe says 'You Won' but I haven't received the tokens and there's no claim button — what do I do?

Contact support so we can verify your win against that campaign's records. Please include:
- Your Galxe username.
- The wallet address used (EVM or Solana, matching the one on the campaign).
- Your registered email.
- A screenshot of the "You Won" page.
Also confirm you completed every listed requirement (for example KYC) within any claim window stated on that specific campaign. We'll check the records and follow up on next steps for your reward.
