How workspaces and team roles work in Saleium
Updated Jun 21, 2026, 09:47 AM
Your Saleium workspace is where you connect a wallet, deploy products, and manage your projects, and team access to sale administration is controlled by role-based permissions (owner, admin, operator, viewer) tied to allowlisted wallets.
Who this is for: Operators who run a project on Saleium and want teammates to help manage it.
What is a Saleium workspace?
When you log in to Saleium at https://saleium.io, your wallet is your identity and first login factor. Your workspace is the dashboard you land in after login. From there you can reach every live page:
- Overview with stat tiles (Deployed products, Airdrops run, Active chains), your recent deployments list, and "Launch a product" cards.
- Products, the catalog where you Configure or Deploy another product.
- The four product wizards: Token Sale, Staking, Vesting, and Airdrop.
- Embed Studio, Plans & Billing, Team, Profile, and Settings -> Security.
Saleium is non-custodial on the self-serve route. You deploy your own smart contracts from your own wallet and you own them, so your workspace is a control surface for products you control, not a place that holds your funds.
What are the team roles?
Saleium uses role-based access for sale administration, gated by an allowlisted wallet plus a signature. The roles, from most to least access, are:
- Owner has the highest level of access.
- Admin has broad management access below owner.
- Operator has day-to-day operational access.
- Viewer has read access.
The order of authority is owner > admin > operator > viewer. Sale admin actions require both an allowlisted wallet and a signature, so a teammate's role only takes effect from a wallet that has been allowlisted.
How do I invite teammates?
Use the Team page in your workspace at https://saleium.io to manage who has access. From the Team page you can add teammates and set the role that fits what they need to do, using the owner, admin, operator, and viewer roles described above.
If you are not sure which role to give someone, start with the least access they need (for example, viewer for someone who only needs to monitor, operator for someone running routine tasks) and raise it later if required.
UNKNOWN: the exact step-by-step invite fields and any invite-acceptance flow are not documented in the facts provided, so use the Team page directly and reach out to support if a step is unclear.
How is account security handled for my team?
Each teammate logs in with their own wallet as their identity. Each person can add optional security on Settings -> Security:
- 2FA with an authenticator app (TOTP).
- Passkeys (WebAuthn, including Face ID, fingerprint, or a security key).
- 10 one-time recovery codes, which are the backup if someone loses their 2FA device or passkey. Save them somewhere safe.
Sensitive actions may trigger a step-up re-verification. Saleium and support will never ask anyone for a seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key.
Common issues
- A teammate cannot perform a sale admin action. Sale admin is gated by an allowlisted wallet plus a signature. Confirm the teammate's wallet is allowlisted and that their role grants the action they are trying to take.
- A teammate only sees, but cannot change anything. That wallet likely has the viewer role. Raise it to operator or admin on the Team page if they need to make changes.
- A teammate lost their 2FA device. They can use one of their 10 recovery codes from Settings -> Security. If they are locked out and have no codes, contact the ChainGPT team for help.
- I am not sure how to send an invite. Use the Team page at https://saleium.io. If the flow is unclear, reach out to support rather than guessing.
