I bought CGPT credits by mistake thinking they were CGPT tokens — can I convert or refund them?

CGPT credits and CGPT tokens are different products. Credit purchases are irreversible, as stated at the time of purchase — credits cannot be converted to tokens or refunded once acquired.

If you have a specific transaction concern, support can pass it to the responsible team, but the default outcome is no reversal.
