I can't access my account or staking page (locked out, KYC seems gone, or 'not available in your area') — what are my options?

The 'not available in your area' message means your region is on the restricted list (applies to ChainGPT Pad, DegenPad, and AI Hub).

• Geo-restriction only blocks staking NEW tokens — you can still unstake and claim existing tokens from a restricted region. VPNs and proxies are blocked, so disable them.
• If your antivirus blocks the site, that is a known false positive we are investigating — not a confirmed security breach.
• If you previously passed KYC but the page no longer recognizes it, or you can't reach the staking page to unstake, contact support with your wallet address so we can check your access.
