I can't claim my staking rewards or unstake — the page errors or says 'contact the administrator'

A 'contact the administrator' message or claim error is usually the front-end you're on, not your stake.

  1. Switch to the main staking portal: app.chaingpt.org/staking (or pad.chaingpt.org/staking-pools).
  2. $CGPT staking is on BNB Chain (BSC) only — you can verify your stake on BscScan.
  3. Locked stakes can't be withdrawn until the lock term ends. Unlocked stakes can be claimed at any time by the wallet that staked them, with no time limit.
  4. If the error persists, send support a screenshot of the exact error message.
