I can't unstake or claim my CGPT even though the lock period ended — it says "An unexpected error occurred. Please contact the administrator for more details." What do I do?

This is the most common staking error: the lock term ended, but pressing Unstake or Claim shows "An unexpected error occurred. Please contact the administrator for more details." Work through these in order:

  1. $CGPT staking is on BNB Chain (BSC) only — switch your wallet's network to BSC before trying again. A connection on Ethereum or another network will fail.
  2. Try a different wallet (e.g. Rabby) if MetaMask or Ledger throws the error.
  3. Try a different browser after clearing cookies and cache.
  4. Make sure you are not on a VPN/proxy and not in a restricted region, which can also block the action.

If it still fails, this needs a manual review. Send support your wallet address, the pool (e.g. 90 / 180 / 365 days), and the staking transaction hash so the team can investigate on BscScan.
