I'm in the US / Canada (or banned from staking now) — how do I get my already-staked CGPT back?

If your region is restricted, the restriction applies to staking new tokens only — you can still unstake and claim tokens you staked earlier.

  1. Turn off any VPN first (VPNs/proxies are blocked and can themselves cause the "not available" error).
  2. Open a correct staking URL (pad.chaingpt.org/staking-pools or app.chaingpt.org/staking) with your wallet on BNB Chain (BSC), and press Unstake once the lock term has ended.
  3. If the page itself won't load so you can't reach the Unstake button, contact support with your wallet address and the team can assist manually.

Support never asks for your seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key.
