I paid with CGPT for credits but received 0 credits — where are my credits?

This is the most common report: the CGPT left your wallet but the credits never appeared in your ChainGPT account. Support investigates each case individually — there is no automatic refund or self-serve fix.

To let support investigate, reply with:

  1. Your connected wallet address.
  2. The transaction hash (TxID) of the credits purchase.

Important: do not repeat the payment while the first transaction is being looked into. Several users paid a second time and still received nothing.
