I requested a refund for an IDO (Storm Trade, EARN'M, DEPIN) but never received it — how do refunds work?

IDO refunds are a manual process announced on ChainGPT's Telegram and socials. Only users who filled out the refund form from that specific announcement were eligible, and if the announced window has passed it's too late to reapply for that refund.

Some sales worked differently — for example, the FPS sale issued an automatic refund of the unclaimed TGE portion to anyone who never claimed, regardless of a request (announced via Telegram). Check the announcement for your project.

Even where a refund isn't available, you may still be able to claim your tokens via the project's own official claim portal (e.g. Storm tokens at https://app.storm.tg/token).
