I sent CGPT to my Binance account but the tokens never showed up — how do I recover them?

CGPT is not listed on Binance for deposits or spot trading — only for perpetual (perps) trading. Because of this, CGPT sent to a Binance deposit address cannot be credited or accessed, and ChainGPT cannot assist on its end.

Please contact Binance Support directly to see if recovery is possible. Have your transaction details ready, including the network the transfer used (check your transaction in a block explorer) so Binance can trace it.
