Is my country restricted from joining Buzz / IDO / giveaway campaigns?

Yes — eligibility differs by campaign type, and VPNs/proxies are blocked everywhere (a VPN can trigger a restriction even from an eligible country).

Buzzdrops are restricted/sanctioned for: Algeria, American Samoa, Bangladesh, Belarus, Canada, China, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Ethiopia, Guam, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Mali, Morocco, Myanmar (Burma), Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Puerto Rico, Somalia, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Ukraine's fully-embargoed regions (Crimea, Donetsk/DNR, Luhansk/LNR).

Note IDOs/public sales use a different (broader) list that also includes the US, Canada, India, and others, and staking uses yet another list (but you can always unstake/claim existing stakes). See the full breakdown in the geo-restrictions article.
