My Buzz points were slashed / reduced / deducted overnight — why and can they be restored?

Buzz point totals can move down as well as up, and a drop doesn't necessarily mean points were permanently removed. Rather than assume the cause, it's best to have support review your specific case.
Report it with your wallet address, X handle, and a before/after screenshot or leaderboard snapshot showing the change. Support routes confirmed scoring errors to the team — so don't assume the points are gone until it's been reviewed.
