My Buzz posts aren't being counted or tracked automatically — what do I do?

Automatic indexing of Buzz posts can lag and occasionally misses posts. Work through this:

1. Confirm both your wallet AND your X (Twitter) account are connected to that campaign on pad.chaingpt.org.
2. Check each post is public and includes the required project tags/hashtags and the campaign link.
3. If a post still isn't picked up, use the manual submission option on the campaign page.
4. If posts still don't register after meeting every criterion, send support your wallet address, X handle, and the post URLs.

This is a known issue the team actively monitors; a backlog of posts can index once a fix is applied.
