My CGPT left my wallet and is staked, but the staking page shows 0 / NaN CGPT and no rewards. Is my stake lost?

If the staking transaction succeeded and the tokens left your wallet, the stake exists on-chain even when the page shows 0, NaN, or no rewards — it's a display issue.

  1. Reconnect your wallet on BNB Chain (BSC), refresh, and clear cache/cookies; confirm you're on a correct URL (pad.chaingpt.org/staking-pools or app.chaingpt.org/staking).
  2. Send support your wallet address and the staking transaction hash so the team can confirm the stake on BscScan and look into the display.
