My follower count / smart-follower count on my ChainGPT profile is wrong or not updating

If your profile shows fewer followers or smart followers than your real X account, the most likely cause is that your profile data hasn't updated to match X yet. This can affect your Buzz points, so don't just wait it out.

  1. Make sure your X account is still connected to your wallet on the campaign page; reconnect it if the connection has dropped.
  2. If your numbers have been stuck for an extended period, report it with your wallet address and X handle so the team can investigate and refresh your profile.
