My IDO pool or claim disappeared from my dashboard (e.g. NOTAI) — how do I find it and claim?

A pool can drop off the main launchpad view while your tokens are still claimable. The fix is a direct pool link rather than the dashboard:

1. Clear your browser cache and cookies first.
2. Open the direct buy-token link for your project (for example, the NOTAI pool was shared as https://pad.chaingpt.org/buy-token/155). Any tokens available to claim appear there.

If you don't have the direct link, send support your project name and a screenshot and we'll send you the exact claim link for your pool.
