My lock period is over but there's no Unstake button / clicking it does nothing. How do I unstake?

First confirm the lock term has actually ended and your wallet is connected on BNB Chain (BSC).

1. If the pool only offers Restake and no Unstake, or the button highlights but nothing happens, try a different browser (clear cache/cookies) and a different wallet such as Rabby.
2. If it still won't work, support can look into it. Provide your wallet address, a screenshot of the staking dashboard, the pool (e.g. 90 / 180 / 365 days), the staking duration, and if possible the staking transaction hash.
