My staking pool / staked CGPT has disappeared — I can't see my pool or tokens anymore. Where did they go?

Your tokens are recorded on-chain even when the staking interface isn't showing the pool — a display issue does not mean the funds are gone.

  1. Make sure your wallet is connected on BNB Chain (BSC) and that the "My Staking Pools" toggle is enabled; reconnect the wallet and refresh.
  2. Older stakes (e.g. from 2023) may live on the V1 staking portal — check v1staking.chaingpt.org, which is still live for legacy stakers.
  3. If it still doesn't appear, support can locate the stake on-chain. Provide your wallet address and, if you have it, the staking transaction hash so the team can verify on BscScan.
