My TapCGPT points were reset to zero after the new season / update — are my farmed tokens lost?

Not necessarily — the points reset is expected, not a bug. Points from the previous version were reset as part of the new season's launch protocol.

If your wallet was correctly linked before the reset/snapshot, any eligible rewards were already calculated and can be claimed at claim.chaingpt.org with that same wallet. If your wallet was not linked in time, the reset means the allocation was forfeited.
