My tier suddenly dropped or disappeared (Silver/Gold to Bronze or 'No Tier') even though I never unstaked — why?

If your tier shows lower than expected or as "No Tier" but you never unstaked, this is usually a display or wallet-recognition issue, not lost tokens — your staked tokens remain in the pool.

1. Confirm your wallet is connected on BNB Chain (BSC) — $CGPT staking is on BNB Chain only. Connecting the wrong wallet or network can show 0 points or no tier.
2. Reconnect your wallet and refresh the page.
3. If it still shows wrong, this needs a manual check. Send support your wallet address and a screenshot of your tier/staking dashboard so the team can verify your stake on-chain.
