My unstake transaction goes through (or just spins forever) but I never received my tokens. What now?

First confirm you were on BNB Chain (BSC) when signing — a transaction on the wrong network won't return your CGPT.

1. If your wallet shows the transaction as successful but the staking page still shows the tokens as staked, this needs manual verification — do not keep re-signing.
2. For an endless "Transaction loading"/spinning state, clear cache/cookies, try a different browser and wallet (e.g. Rabby), and ensure you have enough BNB for gas.
3. Send support your wallet address and the transaction hash so the team can verify the on-chain result.

Note: ChainGPT cannot reverse an on-chain transaction.
