My wallet was stolen or compromised (or I connected the wrong one) — how do I change, replace, or disconnect the wallet on my account?

First, a safety note: support will never ask for your seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key, and on-chain transactions cannot be reversed.

Full wallet delegation/migration is not live yet. Staked tokens and past IDO participation stay permanently tied to the original wallet — they cannot be transferred or disconnected. You do, however, have options to keep participating with a new address:

  • Staking points: you can delegate them to a new wallet yourself using the delegate-staking option at pad.chaingpt.org/staking-pools.
  • KYC/IDO eligibility: edit the wallet linked to your KYC on Blockpass, then acquire a tier with the new wallet.
  • Solana wallets are dynamic — you can connect a different Solana account per IDO and register with it.

Because this involves a compromised wallet, please contact support directly with your old and new wallet addresses so an agent can verify your account and confirm the right next step for your case.
