They should be read together with the ChainGPT Pad Privacy Policy and any campaign-specific, sale-specific, drop-specific, launchpad-specific, product-specific, or other supplemental terms displayed on the applicable official ChainGPT Pad campaign page or interface.References to “ChainGPT,” “we,” “us,” or “our” have the meanings given in the ChainGPT Pad Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in these Wallet Terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.By clicking “Accept,” clicking “Connect Wallet,” connecting a wallet, signing a wallet authentication message, registering for a campaign, participating in a sale, claiming tokens or rewards, requesting a refund, or otherwise using ChainGPT Pad, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Wallet Terms, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable campaign-specific terms.Campaign pages may contain specific eligibility rules, timelines, registration windows, fees, refund mechanics, vesting schedules, claim rules, allocation rules, scoring rules, bucket weights, KYC requirements, restricted-jurisdiction rules, disqualification rules, and other participation requirements. You must review the applicable official campaign page or interface before participating.If there is any conflict between off-platform marketing materials and the official ChainGPT Pad interface or campaign page, the official ChainGPT Pad interface or campaign page controls.01. Wallet Connection, Authentication, and Platform ProfileConnecting your wallet creates or updates your ChainGPT Pad platform profile and allows ChainGPT Pad to identify your wallet for platform access, eligibility checks, campaign participation, allocations, claims, refunds, rewards, referrals, fraud prevention, compliance review, and support.Wallet connection does not automatically register you for any specific sale, Buzz campaign, Launchdrop, Giveaway, Public Sale, Standard IDO, IBO, Saleium sale, or other campaign unless the applicable campaign page requires it and you separately complete that campaign’s registration or participation steps.A wallet authentication signature is used to verify that you control the connected wallet. It does not transfer assets and does not authorize any on-chain transaction unless your wallet separately displays and you approve a transaction request.You are responsible for ensuring that the wallet you connect is owned or lawfully controlled by you and that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.02. Privacy Policy and Data ProcessingYour personal data is handled in accordance with the ChainGPT Pad Privacy Policy, which explains how ChainGPT collects, uses, stores, protects, and discloses information.By connecting your wallet or using ChainGPT Pad, you acknowledge and, where required by law, consent to the collection and processing of information associated with your use of ChainGPT Pad, which may include wallet addresses, IP address, device and session data, blockchain and on-chain activity, staking status, staking points, tier status, campaign participation, referrals, claims, refunds, rewards, allocation data, support communications, and KYC/AML status where required.Where KYC is required, ChainGPT’s third-party KYC provider may collect and verify identity information. ChainGPT may receive, access, or store limited KYC-related information such as KYC status, country of residence, approved wallet address, and related compliance results as described in the Privacy Policy.This information may be used to operate the platform, verify eligibility, conduct KYC/AML/sanctions and fraud-prevention checks, calculate allocations and rewards, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, provide support, and enforce platform and campaign rules.Rights to access, update, delete, restrict, or otherwise control personal data apply subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy, including retention required or permitted for legal, regulatory, compliance, sanctions, AML, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, platform-security, or legitimate business purposes.Information recorded on public blockchains cannot be deleted, modified, or erased by ChainGPT.03. Terms of Service and Campaign-Specific TermsBy connecting your wallet or using ChainGPT Pad, you also agree to the ChainGPT Pad Terms of Service, these Wallet Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any product-specific, campaign-specific, sale-specific, drop-specific, launchpad-specific, or other supplemental terms displayed on the applicable official ChainGPT Pad campaign page or interface.For each campaign, sale, drop, reward program, allocation event, Buzz campaign, Launchdrop, Giveaway, Standard IDO, Public Sale, IBO, Saleium sale, or other ChainGPT Pad program, the campaign-specific terms shown on the applicable official campaign page or ChainGPT Pad interface are incorporated into these Wallet Terms and form part of your agreement with ChainGPT.Campaign-specific terms may include, without limitation:(a) campaign type;(b) token, project, issuer, or reward information;(c) start dates, end dates, registration windows, buy/commit windows, snapshot timing, claim timing, refund windows, and vesting schedules;(d) eligibility requirements, including wallet, staking, tier, KYC, jurisdiction, residency, citizenship, age, sanctions, and compliance requirements;(e) allocation formulas, scoring rules, bucket weights, boosts, caps, multipliers, referral rules, and leaderboard mechanics;(f) purchase limits, accepted currencies, fees, refund mechanics, excess refund mechanics, full refund mechanics, claim rules, and forfeiture rules;(g) reward-pool amounts, token-distribution mechanics, unclaimed reward treatment, and claim/vesting terms;(h) quest requirements, Buzz Link rules, conversion rules, content submission rules, prohibited content, integrity checks, anti-bot rules, VPN/proxy restrictions, sybil controls, and disqualification rules; and(i) any other rules, notices, disclosures, or requirements displayed on the applicable campaign page or official ChainGPT Pad interface.Campaign-specific terms may vary by campaign. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable official campaign page and ChainGPT Pad interface before registering, committing funds, buying tokens, completing quests, claiming tokens or rewards, requesting a refund, or taking any other campaign-related action.To the extent a campaign page or official ChainGPT Pad interface contains more specific operational or economic terms for a particular campaign, those more specific campaign terms control for that campaign. However, campaign-specific terms do not override the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, these Wallet Terms, or ChainGPT’s legal, compliance, sanctions, AML, fraud-prevention, risk, liability, dispute-resolution, or enforcement rights unless ChainGPT expressly states otherwise in writing.If there is any conflict between off-platform marketing materials, social media posts, community messages, blog posts, third-party descriptions, or other unofficial materials and the official ChainGPT Pad campaign page or interface, the official ChainGPT Pad campaign page or interface controls.04. Withdrawal of Consent and Privacy RightsYou may withdraw consent to processing at any time where processing is based on consent.You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or other privacy rights where available under applicable law.Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion may make certain ChainGPT Pad features unavailable, including campaign participation, KYC-gated sales, reward claims, allocations, refunds, support review, fraud prevention, or compliance review.ChainGPT may retain or continue processing information where required or permitted by law, including for compliance, sanctions, AML, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, platform security, or legitimate business purposes.Information recorded on public blockchains cannot be deleted, modified, or erased by ChainGPT.05. Jurisdiction and Country RestrictionsParticipation is unavailable where prohibited by law and in restricted or sanctioned jurisdictions.You must not access or attempt to access ChainGPT Pad or any campaign if doing so would violate applicable law or would require ChainGPT, the relevant project, or any issuer to obtain a registration, license, approval, or authorization that it does not hold.Restricted-region lists may vary by product type, campaign type, issuer, project, applicable law, compliance review, and risk assessment. General restricted-region information may be shown in ChainGPT documentation or FAQ materials, but a specific campaign page or official ChainGPT Pad interface may impose additional or different restrictions for that campaign.General restricted-region information may be available here: https://docs.chaingpt.org/our-ecosystem/chaingpt-pad/faqYou must not use VPNs, proxies, spoofed IPs, false information, multiple accounts, bots, automation, or any other method to bypass geo-blocking, restricted-region controls, eligibility checks, sanctions controls, wallet restrictions, KYC/AML checks, or platform rules.Attempted circumvention may result in access denial, suspension, disqualification, forfeiture of points or allocations, cancellation of participation, or other remedial action.Participation in regions with unclear, developing, or conflicting regulations may be evaluated on a project-by-project and campaign-by-campaign basis.06. Compliance with Anti-Fraud and Anti-Money Laundering LawsYou agree not to use ChainGPT Pad for fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, wash trading, pump-and-dump activity, insider trading, illegal securities offerings, deceptive conduct, phishing, sybil attacks, bots, fake accounts, automation, or any unlawful activity.ChainGPT may conduct ongoing KYC, AML, CTF, sanctions, wallet-risk, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention screening before, during, or after platform use or campaign participation.ChainGPT may require additional information or documentation at any time where needed for eligibility, KYC/AML, sanctions, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.Failure to provide requested information, providing false or incomplete information, or triggering compliance concerns may result in denial, suspension, cancellation, forfeiture, or restriction of access, participation, allocation, rewards, claims, or refunds, subject to applicable law.07. Risk WarningParticipation in token sales, launchpad campaigns, staking, Buzzdrops, Launchdrops, Giveaways, on-chain quests, crypto-asset activities, and blockchain-based services involves significant risk.Digital assets may be volatile, illiquid, subject to vesting or lockups, lose value, or go to zero. You may lose all amounts committed or spent. Regulatory changes, market conditions, project failures, smart-contract vulnerabilities, blockchain congestion, bridge failures, oracle failures, exchange issues, wallet compromise, or third-party failures may cause loss or delay.ChainGPT does not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, underwriting, or advisory services. Nothing on ChainGPT Pad is a recommendation, solicitation, endorsement, or guarantee to buy, sell, hold, stake, claim, or participate in any token, project, campaign, or transaction.You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence and determining whether any participation is appropriate for you.08. Beta Product DisclaimerChainGPT Pad may include beta, experimental, or evolving features. The platform may contain bugs, errors, vulnerabilities, delays, outages, or defects.Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, smart-contract issues, network congestion, chain forks, bridge/oracle failures, exchange or API outages, service-provider issues, security events, or other technical issues may delay or prevent participation, claiming, refunds, reward distribution, KYC review, or platform access.You use ChainGPT Pad at your own risk. ChainGPT does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access to ChainGPT Pad.09. Phishing and Website SecurityYou are responsible for confirming that you are using official ChainGPT domains, official ChainGPT social channels, and official campaign pages.Always verify that you are using the official domain: https://pad.chaingpt.orgChainGPT will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.ChainGPT is not responsible for losses caused by phishing websites, fake accounts, impersonators, malicious links, unofficial apps, fraudulent support channels, wallet-draining attacks, or other third-party scams.You are responsible for securing your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, devices, passwords, and transactions.10. VPN Usage and Platform RestrictionsUse of VPNs, proxies, spoofed IPs, false information, multiple accounts, bots, automation, or any other method to circumvent geo-blocking, eligibility checks, sanctions controls, wallet restrictions, KYC/AML checks, or platform rules is prohibited.Access from restricted jurisdictions is not permitted.Attempted circumvention may result in suspension, loss of access, disqualification, removal of points, forfeiture of rewards or allocations, cancellation of participation, or other remedial action.11. Self-Custody and ResponsibilityChainGPT Pad is non-custodial unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product or campaign.You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, devices, passwords, and transactions.ChainGPT cannot recover lost keys, recover tokens sent to the wrong address, reverse blockchain transactions, or restore assets lost due to user error, wallet compromise, phishing, malware, or use of unofficial websites.Blockchain transactions may be irreversible and may be delayed, dropped, reorganized, or affected by network congestion, forks, exploits, bugs, attacks, wallet issues, gas fees, or protocol changes.12. Right to Modify TermsChainGPT may update the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, campaign terms, campaign rules, risk warnings, eligibility rules, restricted-region lists, fees, platform features, scoring rules, allocation rules, these Wallet Terms, and other platform rules from time to time.Where required, ChainGPT will provide notice of material changes through the platform or other appropriate means.Continued use of ChainGPT Pad after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.13. Legal Age RequirementYou confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.You also confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into binding terms and to use ChainGPT Pad in compliance with applicable law.14. Program-Specific Purchase, Allocation, Claim, and Refund TermsCampaign formats differ. You must review the applicable official campaign page before participating.a) Standard IDO (Tiered)Standard IDOs are token sale campaigns that may require KYC/AML approval, sanctions screening, jurisdiction eligibility, wallet connection, staking, tier eligibility, registration, and sufficient gas and purchase currency.Allocations, purchase windows, FCFS rounds, claim schedules, refund rules, vesting schedules, and fees are campaign-specific.Refunds are not guaranteed unless expressly enabled for the campaign. If a refund window is enabled, the campaign page will state the refund period, refund amount, applicable fees, and conditions.Claiming tokens may make you ineligible for a refund. Requesting or receiving a full refund may require forfeiting your token allocation.Review the campaign page before claiming, refunding, or taking any irreversible action.b) Public Sale / SubscriptionPublic Sales are token sale campaigns where eligible KYC-approved users may commit funds during a live sale window.Final allocation is not guaranteed and is calculated after the sale ends based on campaign rules, total eligible commitments, oversubscription mechanics, staking boosts, tiers, caps, or other allocation rules.If a Public Sale is oversubscribed, only part of your commitment may be accepted for token purchase. The unaccepted portion may be returned or made claimable as an Excess Refund.Excess Refunds return only the unaccepted portion of your commitment while allowing you to keep the accepted token allocation, subject to campaign rules.A separate Full Refund may be available only if the campaign enables a full refund window. A Full Refund, if enabled, refunds your committed funds according to campaign rules but requires forfeiture of your token allocation.Claiming tokens or claiming an Excess Refund may disable eligibility for a Full Refund, as stated on the campaign page.Fees, if any, are shown on the campaign page. Network gas fees may apply to on-chain actions.c) Launchdrops and GiveawaysLaunchdrops and Giveaways are reward or distribution campaigns. They are not purchase-based token sales unless the campaign page expressly states otherwise.Eligibility may depend on KYC, wallet connection, staking, tier status, prior IDO participation, registration, jurisdiction, campaign-specific criteria, or other platform rules.Because Launchdrops and Giveaways generally do not involve a participant’s purchase of the distributed reward tokens through ChainGPT Pad, there is generally no participant-initiated refund process.Token delivery, allocation, vesting, claim timing, unclaimed rewards, and remaining token treatment are governed by the applicable campaign page and project terms.Staking, wallet transactions, gas fees, or other optional actions may carry risk and may not be refundable.d) Buzz Campaigns / BuzzdropsBuzz Campaigns and Buzzdrops are community incentive, discovery, growth, or reward campaigns. They are not investment products, financial advice, or guaranteed payout programs.Users may earn points, scores, rewards, or allocation opportunities by satisfying the applicable campaign rules, which may include wallet registration, Buzz Links, qualified clicks, verified conversions, staking, on-chain quests, in-app quests, referrals, or other campaign-specific actions.Buzz Points or similar points are internal scoring units only. They are not tokens, are not transferable, and do not guarantee a payout, allocation, or reward.Final rewards depend on the campaign rules, eligibility, snapshot results, bucket weights, caps, vesting terms, and integrity checks.Social accounts are optional unless the applicable campaign page expressly requires them. If you connect social or community accounts, related data may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and campaign rules.Any task that requires payment is optional for Buzz campaigns, and Buzz campaigns should provide a no-cost participation path. On-chain tasks may still involve network gas, smart contracts, bridges, swaps, staking, deposits, liquidity, or third-party services that carry risk. You are responsible for understanding the risks of any on-chain or third-party action.Buzzdrops are subject to geo-blocking, sanctions controls, VPN/proxy restrictions, anti-bot controls, wallet quality review, sybil checks, referral controls, content standards, and other integrity measures.You must not publish misleading claims, false statements, impersonations, illegal content, spam, financial advice, price targets, “pump” language, guaranteed-return claims, undisclosed paid promotions where disclosure is required, or content that violates platform rules, campaign rules, third-party platform rules, or applicable law.ChainGPT may remove points, reduce scores, reject content, de-weight activity, disqualify participation, or deny rewards for abuse, fraud, manipulation, prohibited content, restricted-region access, or violation of campaign rules.e) IBOs and Other Paid Allocation CampaignsIBOs and other paid allocation campaigns, if offered, may require KYC/AML approval, sanctions screening, jurisdiction eligibility, wallet connection, sufficient gas, and the required purchase currency.Purchases are final unless the applicable campaign terms, project terms, platform terms, or applicable law provide otherwise.Any refund or remediation, if available, is limited to the applicable campaign terms, project terms, or legal requirements.f) Saleium / Embedded Public Sale WidgetsSome public sale campaigns may be conducted through Saleium or other ChainGPT-powered embedded sale widgets on project-controlled or third-party websites.Additional project terms, issuer disclosures, sale terms, privacy terms, KYC/AML processes, jurisdiction rules, and refund mechanics may apply.ChainGPT’s role may vary by deployment route and campaign configuration.Review the applicable sale page, issuer terms, and ChainGPT terms before participating.15. Eligibility, KYC/AML, Sanctions Screening, and Restricted RegionsEligibility may be limited by age, residency, citizenship, location, sanctions status, KYC/AML results, wallet-risk results, campaign-specific rules, project-specific rules, and applicable law.Restricted-region lists may vary by product type, campaign type, issuer, project, applicable law, compliance review, and risk assessment.General restricted-region information may be shown in ChainGPT documentation or FAQ materials, but a specific campaign page or official ChainGPT Pad interface may impose additional or different restrictions for that campaign.ChainGPT may deny, restrict, suspend, cancel, revoke, or block access to ChainGPT Pad, any campaign, any allocation, any reward, any claim, or any refund where ChainGPT determines that doing so is necessary or appropriate for legal, regulatory, sanctions, AML, fraud-prevention, platform-integrity, security, or risk-management reasons.You must not use VPNs, proxies, spoofed IPs, false information, multiple accounts, bots, automation, or any other method to bypass geo-blocking, restricted-region controls, eligibility checks, sanctions controls, wallet restrictions, KYC/AML checks, or platform rules.Attempted circumvention may result in access denial, suspension, disqualification, forfeiture of points or allocations, cancellation of participation, or other remedial action.For paid token sale campaigns, Public Sales, Standard IDOs, IBOs, Saleium sales, and other KYC-gated flows, successful KYC/AML and sanctions screening may be required before participation, allocation, claim, or refund.For Buzzdrops and other reward campaigns, KYC may not always be required, but geo-blocking, sanctions controls, wallet-risk screening, VPN/proxy controls, anti-bot controls, and abuse-prevention checks may still apply.KYC or additional verification may be requested where required by law, campaign terms, project requirements, risk review, or fraud-prevention needs.16. Platform Maintenance and DowntimeScheduled or unscheduled maintenance, network congestion, chain forks, bridge/oracle failures, exchange or API outages, smart-contract issues, service-provider issues, security events, or other technical issues may delay or prevent participation, claiming, refunds, reward distribution, KYC review, or platform access.ChainGPT does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure access to ChainGPT Pad.ChainGPT is not responsible for losses caused by third-party protocols, third-party services, blockchain networks, wallets, bridges, exchanges, project systems, user error, failed transactions, gas fees, or irreversible on-chain actions, except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law.17. Tax ResponsibilityYou are solely responsible for determining, reporting, withholding, collecting, and paying any taxes, duties, levies, or other governmental charges arising from your use of ChainGPT Pad, token purchases, refunds, claims, rewards, staking, airdrops, Launchdrops, Buzzdrops, Giveaways, or any other campaign participation.ChainGPT does not provide tax advice.18. Platform Liability LimitationsTo the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainGPT and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of tokens, market losses, trading losses, or losses arising from use of ChainGPT Pad, campaign participation, project actions, third-party services, blockchain networks, smart contracts, wallet issues, or user decisions.Nothing in these Wallet Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.19.
