FAQ Everything you need to know before listing or renting CGPTsp. Getting started Renting points Lending points What am I renting? + CGPTsp are staking points, distinct from CGPT tokens. A rental temporarily adds points to the renter’s usable balance and subtracts the same points from the lender’s. The lender’s underlying CGPT remains in its staking pool. Do I need to stake CGPT or complete KYC? + You do not need your own CGPT stake to rent points. Marketplace access does not require KYC, but regional restrictions apply. Campaign-specific KYC, registration, wallet, and participation rules still apply. Where can I use rented points? + Rented points count toward supported point-based eligibility, allocations, boosts, or rewards across ChainGPT Pad, including IDOs, Public Sales, Launchdrops, Giveaways, and Buzz campaigns. Each campaign’s rules and snapshot dates apply. Rentals do not guarantee access, allocations, or rewards. How long can I rent points? + Current rentals run for 14–365 days. A lender’s stake must remain locked through the rental’s end, so its available maximum may be shorter. Offer expiry is separate: it controls how long an unfilled deal remains available.
FAQ Everything you need to know before listing or renting CGPTsp. Getting started Renting points Lending points What are the minimum and maximum point amounts? + Orders use positive whole-point amounts. Lenders can only offer points available from their eligible locked stake after existing commitments. Renters choose an available complete listing or post a request for their preferred amount. How do pricing, currencies, and fees work? + The USD price covers the complete rental, paid upfront. Choose a currency supported by the marketplace and accepted by the order, such as USDT, USDC, or CGPT. The final token amount uses a current quote. The lender receives 70%; 20% goes to the treasury and 10% is reserved for buy and burn. Network fees are additional. When do points become usable? + After successful settlement, blockchain finality, and platform processing. Activation is not guaranteed to be instant. Check the rental record and updated balance before relying on points for a campaign deadline. The signed terms include exact start and end times; processing does not extend the end time. Can I cancel or end a rental early? + An unfilled order can be cancelled, subject to its current state, through a wallet transaction. Check its confirmed outcome if settlement may already be in progress. A completed rental cannot be ended early through the ordinary user flow. Cancellation does not reverse a settled payment. What happens when the rental expires? + The renter’s temporary points stop counting and the lender’s temporary subtraction ends. Tiers and other point-based benefits can change. Rentals do not automatically renew. Existing campaign benefits depend on that campaign’s snapshot and participation rules. What if a transaction is pending or a campaign is delayed? + For pending payments, check wallet activity and the transaction recovery flow before paying again. A token approval is not a rental payment. Rentals do not guarantee a project launch or reward distribution, and project delays do not create an automatic rental refund.
FAQ Everything you need to know before listing or renting CGPTsp. Getting started Renting points Lending points Do lenders lose staking rewards? + Renting points does not change the underlying stake or its token reward calculation in the current implementation. Pool token rewards follow the pool’s rules. The lender does lose the rented points’ contribution to supported tiers and campaign benefits during the rental. Rental payments are separate from pool token rewards. Which staking pools can provide points? + Choose from the eligible pools shown in the marketplace. The lender must own a locked stake with enough available points and remaining lock time. Not every legacy pool is eligible. Recovery or emergency restrictions can make a pool unavailable. Rented-in points cannot be rented out again.
