What is the ChainGPT AI chatbot, where do I use it, and do I need to hold $CGPT to access it?

The ChainGPT AI chatbot is a Web3 AI assistant you use at app.chaingpt.org. It answers crypto/Web3 questions and is part of the AI tools suite (chatbot, NFT generator, smart-contract tools, news).
