Why are my posts not being tracked by the system?

Most tracking issues come from missing required campaign identifiers (for example #ProjectName, $TOKEN, @ProjectHandle, or the campaign Buzz link), posting within the 8-hour rewarded-post window, or X visibility/indexing issues (sometimes described as “shadowban”). Tracking can also fail if your account is private/protected, your post is deleted, or the post is not publicly visible.

If your post isn’t being detected automatically, use the “Submit X Post Manually” option on the campaign page by pasting your tweet URL. Manual submission helps ensure the system processes your post, but the post still must meet campaign requirements.
