Why does the staking page say "Oops! The page you're trying to access is not available" / "not available in your area"?

Updated Jun 1, 2026, 06:13 AM

This message means the staking page is being blocked — almost always a VPN/proxy, or a geo-restricted region.

  1. If you are on a VPN or proxy, turn it off — VPNs and proxies are blocked on the staking page — then reload.
  2. Staking new tokens is restricted in a list of countries/regions; accessing from a restricted region triggers this message.
  3. Confirm you are on a correct staking URL: pad.chaingpt.org/staking-pools or app.chaingpt.org/staking (do not use staking.chaingpt.org).

Important: even if your region is restricted, you can still unstake and claim tokens you already staked — only staking new tokens is geo-blocked. If you only see this error and need to withdraw, contact support.
