Buzz rewards are typically distributed proportionally based on impact, not only to a small “top N” group. Your share of the Buzzer Pool is calculated from your share of total Buzz Points (BP), so higher BP generally means higher allocation.
Buzz also applies fairness limits—most importantly, no single buzzer can earn more than 5% of the buzzer pool.
