Billing and subscription management (upgrade, downgrade, checkout, and plan limits)

Updated Jun 21, 2026, 09:46 AM

Manage your Saleium subscription from the Plans & Billing page: pick a plan, switch between monthly and annual billing to save 33%, check out through Stripe for Growth, Pro, and Business, and book a call for Enterprise.

Who this is for: Operators who deploy products on Saleium and manage their team's plan and billing.

What plans does Saleium offer and what do they cost?

You choose your plan on the Plans & Billing page. The published tiers are:

  • Free: $0
  • Growth: $99/mo
  • Pro: $499/mo
  • Business: $999/mo
  • Enterprise: custom pricing (Book a call)

Annual billing saves 33% compared with paying monthly. You can pick monthly or annual when you check out, and switch later from Plans & Billing.

What does my plan change?

Your plan controls which products you can deploy, how many instances of each you can run, the raise cap per sale, recipients per airdrop and per vesting strategy, your platform-fee discount, and whether the "Powered by Saleium" watermark is removed. Higher plans raise these limits; Enterprise offers custom or unlimited limits.

For the full per-tier breakdown of these limits, see Plans and pricing overview. That article is the canonical source for what each plan unlocks. This page covers the billing mechanics: how to upgrade, downgrade, and pay.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

  1. Open the Plans & Billing page in your Saleium dashboard.
  2. Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual saves 33%.
  3. Select the plan you want (Growth, Pro, or Business).
  4. Complete payment through the Stripe checkout that opens.
  5. Your new limits and fee discount apply to your account once checkout finishes.

To downgrade, select a lower plan on the same page. Keep in mind that a lower plan has lower limits, so plan your active products around the tier you move to. See Plans and pricing overview for the limits at each tier.

What if online checkout is not available?

If the in-app Stripe checkout is not available for your account, you will be told to contact support. Email the team at [email protected] and they will help you complete the change.

How do I get an Enterprise or custom plan?

Enterprise pricing is custom. Book a call at https://saleium.io/enterprise to discuss custom or unlimited limits and bespoke fee terms.

What happens when I hit my plan limits?

Plan limits cap what you can deploy and how large each deployment can be on your current tier. The number of staking pools, vesting strategies, airdrop recipients, and the raise cap per sale all follow your plan. When you reach a limit, upgrade to a higher plan from Plans & Billing to unlock more instances, higher recipient counts, and a larger raise cap. Enterprise offers custom or unlimited limits. For the exact numbers at each tier, see Plans and pricing overview.

What are the platform fees?

Each product has a published platform fee, and your plan's fee discount lowers it. Every fee is stamped immutably into your contract at deploy: the platform can never raise it later, and your plan can only lower it. Here is the base model:

  • Sale: 15% of a successful raise, paid by the project and taken from the raised funds when you withdraw them. It does not reduce a contributor's token allocation. A project may add its own markup of up to 10% on top, which the project keeps, so a contributor may see up to about 25% taken from the raise if a project sets the maximum markup. If a sale fails or times out, contributors pay a 5% refund fee, deducted from their refund.
  • Staking: 5% of rewards, taken from reward payouts. Your plan lowers it: Growth 4.75%, Pro 4.5%, Business 3.75%.
  • Vesting: 1% of the tokens, charged each time the project funds the vesting pool. Beneficiaries also pay a small per-claim fee in the network's gas token (about $1 worth, or the claim's gas cost, whichever is higher) when they claim.
  • Airdrop: no platform fee. You pay only network gas.

Your plan's fee discount applies to your platform fees: Free 0%, Growth 5%, Pro 10%, Business 25% off. The Plans & Billing page shows the exact rates for your plan.

Common issues

  • Checkout will not open: your account may not have self-serve checkout enabled. Email [email protected] to complete the change.
  • I need more instances or a higher raise cap: those follow your plan. Upgrade on Plans & Billing, or book a call for Enterprise if you need custom limits. See Plans and pricing overview for what each tier allows.
  • I want a lower fee for my users: higher plans carry a larger fee discount (Growth 5%, Pro 10%, Business 25% off your platform fees), and Enterprise can negotiate bespoke fee terms. Book a call at https://saleium.io/enterprise.
  • I want annual instead of monthly: choose annual at checkout on Plans & Billing to save 33%.
