How to contact Saleium support (and stay safe from scams)
Updated Jun 21, 2026, 09:46 AM
Email Saleium support at [email protected], and for enterprise or custom terms book a call at https://saleium.io/enterprise. Saleium and ChainGPT will never ask for your seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key.
Who this is for: Both, project operators running a sale or widget and participants who contributed to one.
How do I contact Saleium support?
Email [email protected] with the details below. This is the right channel for help with deployments, sales, widgets, account issues, and general questions.
For enterprise needs or custom terms, book a call here: https://saleium.io/enterprise
What information should I include in my message?
To get a fast, accurate answer, include all of the following in your first email:
- Your wallet address.
- The chain you are on.
- The product and the instance or contract address involved.
- What you expected to happen versus what actually happened.
- A screenshot or a transaction link.
The transaction link and contract address let the team trace exactly what occurred on-chain, so please add them whenever they apply.
For project operators
If you are running a sale, deploying a contract, or managing a widget, email [email protected] and include your contract address, the chain, and a transaction link for the action that failed or looked wrong. If you need custom terms or are operating at enterprise scale, book a call at https://saleium.io/enterprise instead of waiting on email.
For participants
If you contributed to a sale and need help, email [email protected] with your wallet address, the chain, the sale's contract address, what you expected versus what happened, and a transaction link or screenshot. That is enough for the team to look up your contribution and respond.
Will support ever ask for my seed phrase or private key?
No. Saleium and ChainGPT will never ask for your seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private key. Anyone who asks for any of these is a scammer, even if they appear to be from support.
Keep these points in mind:
- Support will never need your seed phrase or private key to help you. Everything they need is your public wallet address and a transaction link.
- Your Saleium account is protected by 2FA, passkeys, and 10 recovery codes. Support never asks for your seed phrase.
- If someone pressures you to share a phrase or key, or to move funds to "verify" or "fix" something, stop and report it to [email protected].
Common issues
- I am not sure which contact to use. Use [email protected] for almost everything. Use https://saleium.io/enterprise only when you want a call about enterprise or custom terms.
- Support has not replied yet. Make sure your first email already includes your wallet address, the chain, the contract or instance address, what you expected versus what happened, and a screenshot or transaction link. Missing details slow the reply down.
- Someone claiming to be support asked for my recovery phrase. That is a scam. Real support never asks for it. Do not share anything and report the contact to [email protected].
